The Asian Pacific Flex Network (APFN) strives to educate and raise cultural awareness that fosters a spirit of belonging and pride for employees of Asian descent. APFN prepares and empowers members globally to take on their next role, encourages networking and relationship-building for career advancement and engages in sustainable activities in local communities.
The Black Flex Network (BFN) is an inclusive community that fosters freedom of self and builds awareness through education and shared experiences to develop a new generation of Black leaders by establishing a sustainable structure that challenges bias to attract, hire, develop and retain Black employees. BFN also supports local communities where members live and work to influence positive outcomes for Black youth and those in need.
LatinX is dedicated to promoting cultural awareness, diversity and inclusion and advancing professional development and growth to create equal opportunity and attract and retain members of the Hispanic and Latino community at Flex globally. Through volunteerism and external partnerships, LatinX serves its communities to support the next generation’s professional growth and local needs.
People with DiversAbilities (PwD) nurtures a workplace culture where employees of all abilities can reach their full potential through advocacy, learning and career development opportunities. PwD supports the greater workforce through training and education to provide insights and guidance for improving the employee experience at Flex and accelerating inclusion in surrounding communities.
PRIDE fosters community amongst LGBTQ employees and allies to create safe, inclusive spaces that promote awareness and understanding and support change that creates equity for all at Flex. Veterans at Flex and its allies come together to promote an atmosphere of inclusion and camaraderie. As a group that coaches, recognizes and promotes veteran talent, Veterans at Flex provides a safe place to share ideas, learn from one another and grow from experiences. The group focuses on veteran employment opportunities and engaging with transition assistance advisors to support veterans entering new fields.
Women in Flex (WIF) is dedicated to enhancing gender equality across Flex and cultivating an inclusive environment that empowers women to advance their skills and realize their leadership potential. WIF is focused on expanding learning and career development opportunities for employees, accelerating female advancement and equity for pay and rank and driving awareness and action toward a gender equal future.
Women in Technology (WIT) seeks to educate, encourage, and support women entering and progressing in the technology and engineering space. The core focus includes culture, career development, community and brand and influence. WIT seeks to provide a platform for women to be seen and heard, create opportunities for leadership development and partner with talent acquisition to increase diversity, build a pipeline of talent and educate our communities about women at Flex.
